Araz Rismani, a chartered professional in human resources and a project management professional, has +12 years’ experience in human resources and operations management in both non-profit and corporate led government funded social service programs. Araz has served on the boards and advisory councils of many organizations including the City of Coquitlam and S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Araz obtained his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Simon Fraser University and is currently a faculty member at the University of Canada West and Kwantlen Polytechnic University, teaching leadership, talent management, intercultural engagement, organization behaviour and various other business subjects.
